Just go to eBay to Answers. Look under H for HOLD. Go down to Paypal Holds, Open, Read.
Read all of it, every single topic. Do not open a new account to get around the system. That would put you in a worse position than just being new.
Read carefully. 21 days is not written in stone, so to speak. Possibly, even though not addressed, new seller may be "looked at" for 180 days. They are not going to keep your $$ for 180 days. Just ship using paypal to print your label and your funds are supposed to come from your Paypal. The tracking number is the key thing they want in order to show you did print the label and apparently are going to ship. Maybe the other 3 days are to make sure you don't cancel the label.
It does appear to me that Priority Mail would be better to be used if they are waiting to release the funds on the specified date of delivery..that is if we want our funds released sooner. We do all know that we will have a lower score on our shipping cost, but I would rather have my money sooner. We are only talking a few days, not 21 if my 3 hour conversation with Paypal and eBay gave me honest answers.
