However, I'm not suggesting that people stop using PayPal if they want. Personally, I like the Paypal money transmitting instrument. That's all it is, a money tranmitting instrument. eBay is simply an online marketplace. So, if you move a large amount of sellers to another marketplace, where do you think the buyers will go? eBay? And as long as eBay and PayPal treat sellers as if we don't matter, when the negative policy effects a new seller (and it will) and apparently it doesn't matter how big they are, sellers will continue to become frustrated with the old system of things. The point is, as I've stated before in different terms, sellers are the most important commodity that ebay and PayPal have. And I guarantee that if ebay and PayPal continue to disregard the seller's importance, they will eventually be hurt financially. Let it be known that this message is not only available on this forum, you will see it popping up on various social media platforms. So, the Board of Directors who may have been disregarding all the complaining and threats of not using ebay or Paypal need to wake up, because the movement is on, it's getting bigger, and it is nothing like what happened in 2008 and 2009. I know those payment venues can be used on webstore (got it right this time). But, you are confusing to me. I see you tell people to stop using Paypal, to go elsewhere to sell, and I am not one who will leave Paypal for I will continue to sell on eBay, but in this post you say you are not telling people to not use Paypal, and in other posts you have suggested they leave. To me, I see conflicting postings. I see that you like Paypal as a method of making and receiving payments. I understand what they are, but I just don't understand where you stand. I know you don't like the hold but you understand it. I know you like Paypal as a transmitting instrument. It is clear that is what they are (to most of us anyway). You say to leave and now you say today that you are not suggesting they leave ???? You and I have done pretty well in our postings, so this is nothing against you. It is just something I don't understand. I paid attention to your suggestion after you posted it more than once, went there and found Google Checkout for my website. This is the part I just don't seem to be able to understand. I can't tell which direction you are going in. Personally, I like the Paypal money transmitting instrument. That's all it is, a money tranmitting instrument. eBay is simply an online marketplace. So, if you move a large amount of sellers to another marketplace, where do you think the buyers will go? eBay? So are you saying you do want or don't want sellers to go to other market places?
