Problem adding a Bank Account

Im trying to add my Royal Bank Of Canada Bank account to my paypal account to add funds but it says my Transit Number is wrong along with my institution.

 

I know RBC's institution number is 003.

I know my branch's transit number is 5137.

 

Somehow it still says error, any help?
