A while back (few months) I remember when I logged in I had a message requesting me to remove PayPal as a service on my site/forums because I violated their agreement. I am planning to reopen my site and use paypal so I was wondering if it is possible to review the message or know the reason why my account was temporarily disabled.

the message told me which site it was on and also a button to restore the account as soon as I removed PayPal from the following site.
I'm trying to find that message again. Sorry for repeating myself 🙂
