No bank account address -- so how can I get verified?

I want to sell a pair of Ralph Lauren trousers on eBay but, in order to do so, I must get my PayPal account verified.

So, I go through the form, but am stuck at bank address, because I do not have a specific branch. I used to, but it closed quite a few years ago. I don't need a branch, since I do most of my banking online or by phone, and can send cheques by post.

So how does PayPal deal with this?

I'm quite frustrated, as I'm ready to go with this auction -- and Dog only knows when I'll be able to get on with it now.

Your bank must have a home office.   You send cheques by post at times, so you must have a bank that handles your cheques.   Use their address.

Thanks for this idea -- I'll try it now.
