I am not getting emails when I use my debit card to make a charge since June 21st 2011

I have always received a email when I make a charge with my debit card. Now I am not receiving them even though the charge shows up in my paypal account. This has been going on since about June 21st 2011.

I checked my profile and I am suppose to be receive them.

Has Paypal quit sending them out?

I have stopped getting them as well.  Don't know why.  Nothing has changed on my side and I checked all my account settings and I "should" be getting notification emails.

There is another thread in the debit card section about this problem. It is still not fixed.
