Cannot add another email account.

I have been trying to add another email address to my account for 2 weeks now. I have talked to a representative, and he gave up after trying to help me for 30 minutes. He said they have their IT people working on the problem and to try again later.

 

I have waited a week, and still cannot add another email account. I have a $100 gift card I need to use and cannot use it until I add my other email address.

 

Please help.
