I just recieved an email from paypal stating that my account access has been limited because either i or someone else used it from different locations and it has a link saying remove limitations of which i did not click.no one else has my paypal info but me.is this another phising deal?

Login to your PayPal account by typing the https://www.paypal.com website address in your browser's address bar. If there are any unresolved issues with your PayPal account, they should be noted on your PayPal account overview page or your Resolution Center page.

Was the email message addressed to your first and last name, or... was it addressed to something like... "Dear PayPal member" ?

If it was addressed to something like "Dear PayPal member", it is most definitely a phishing email message.

Actually, I received an email with the Salutation to my actual name, but hovering over the link yields a totally different domain name.  I logged in via Browser and sure enough, there was no issue here. I don't imagine it's too difficult for a hacker to get a list of email accounts with associated names and then send out several thousand of them on the chance that some actually HAVE a paypal account.  There goes one of the known "flags". 😞
