EMAIL subj: Notification of Limited Account Access RXI****

I recently purchased a number of items using my PayPal account. More than I regularly purchase. Today I received an email from 'PayPal' with the subject "Notification of Limited account Access RXI****.  I've had some recent attack attempts on my computer and I'm concerned to open any links in the email. Is this a legitimate email? Am I at risk of any of my recent orders being cancelled?

Look closely at the sender address, It's spelled "Paypall", with 2 L's

The link enclosed was imediately flagged by my antivirus/malware protection.

I can almost assure these emails are fake and should be reported.

Here's what the help section says:

"

Phishing is an illegal attempt to "fish" for your private, sensitive data. If you believe you've received a phishing email, follow these steps right away:

  1. Forward the entire email to spoof@paypal.com.
  2. Do not alter the subject line or forward the message as an attachment.
  3. Delete the suspicious email from your email account.

We'll send you an email response to let you know if the email is indeed fraudulent. In the meantime, don't click on any links or download any attachments within the suspicious email"
