Unable to confirm bank - wells fargo/wachovia switch **bleep**ed me

Hello

 

I've been trying to troubleshoot this for hours now. Recently, wachovia customers have been switched over to wells fargo bank due to takeover. In the middle of the switch over i created an account. At the time of sign up my account was wachovia, but now at time of account confirmation it's wells fargo. So when i go to confirm bank account i can't see the deposits made during the course of the week. They probably got scrambled. So i tried the online instant confirmation to my online account. Problem is, the website won't recognize they my account has changed to wells fargo, so it's looking for a wachovia username and password, not wells fargo. And ofcourse i get rejected. Help please?

AND they're not answering the phone on the customer service line. One ring then hangup. dialed the number correctly. Help?

also i didn't say anything dirty, i got filtered for **bleep**, more importantly i cannot get in touch with anyone who works for paypal this is infuriating and unacceptable!
