PayPal has been asking me to verify some information before I can send out payments. I have to give my birthday, address, and bank number.
Birthday and address? No problem.
Bank number? Not so much.
I had a bank account with eTrade that I connected to my Paypal. I wrote down my number somewhere, but can't find it. Meanwhile, eTrade closed my account with them for inactivity, and I see no way to recover it. As a result, I can only find 4 of the 8 digits in my account.
Is there any way that I can send out my money still?
