how do I add money to my PayPal Balance account with Gift Card Visa Credit Card?

I simply can't put $25 back to a normal account. It will not use $25. It will only use $1.95 and scratch the $23.05 as that's in my debit card, not my PP Balance.

OR. how do I put money back in my gift card. If I knew that it was such a hassle to put money on/off an account, I would've never done this.
