PayPal Balance $1.95 USD  Credit/Debit Card $23.42 USD   I'm sure this question gets asked a lot. My topic should exclude this question being asked again.   how do I add to my PayPal Balance, or send my PayPal balance to my credit card? I thought I was supposed to get refunded the $1.95 back to my card.   It says, "You cannot complete this action on the card you have selected. Yeah but what about the $1.95 paypal took from my card and put it on paypal. Do I not get that back or what.
