Paypal took $1.95 from me, Can't use full amount....

I already confirmed my account, as it said it were to refund the $1.95 to my account and hasn't yet. I'm trying to use the full amount of my gift card credit card but I can't because there's only $1.95 to my account. Or......$23.05 because Paypal took the rest. PLEASE help. I'm at a lost.

I'm wondering how the **bleep** do I ADD to my account the $23.05 so I can than use it? For some reason I don't know how. I've asked NUMEROUS people and no one can give me and solutions.

You don't need to add the $23.05 to your PayPal account... you should be able to send a PayPal payment which is funded directly by that credit/debit card.

Have you tried sending a payment?

No, I have not tried sending a payment, I do not know how. If you can help me with that, it would be greatly appreciated.

Do I send it through the website in which I recieved the car from?

You dont have to add money to your account. Basically the only time you'll have money on your account is when you receive a payment from someone else. When you use paypal to make a payment, it automatically takes the money from the card you authorized. All you have to do is click the "Send Money" tab on the main paypal screen and it will walk you through all of this.

how do I add to my PayPal Balance, or send my PayPal balance to my credit card? I thought I was supposed to get refunded the $1.95 back to my card.

It says, "You cannot complete this action on the card you have selected. Please select another card."

Than at my records show on my card....Everytime I tried to buy this item it says It's "Insufficient Funds" ..."Declined" .

The $1.95 is refunded to your PayPal account balance... it is not refunded back to the card..

You cannot use the card to add funds to your PayPal account balance.

You cannot send your PayPal account balance to the card.

If you use your PayPal account to send a payment, you should be able to send a $25.00 payment... $1.95 funded by your PayPal account balance and $23.05 funded by the card.

If you are not using your PayPal account to send a payment, you will not be able to use the $1.95 part which is in your PayPal account balance.
