I have recently tried for the first time to withdraw money from an ATM machine using my paypal debit card; needless to say it was denied! I have the money in my bank account--very confused! Please help!!!!: smileysad:
The PayPal debit card is used to withdraw funds from your PayPal account. If your PayPal account doesn't have an available balance, the ATM withdrawal will be denied.
what is the limit for student account and how many times can you try a pin # ? if pin is locked out because of too many tries, will it reactivate in how long ?
