why no access to the "manage my button" page on one of my 2 acc. ?

Hi!

 

Tanks in advance for any help.

 

Got 2 paypal acc. on acc (A) I can acces to my saved buttons without any pb

on acc.(B) I just can't access the manage my buttons page,

when I do know how to do it...quiet frustrating.

 

Already read the forums and solution like this one:

 don't work on acc (B) ... but perfectly on acc (A) !:)

There is no acces/link nor mention "manage my button" in the classic preference nor new pages
while there are at least two donation buttons online and working (some donations recieved).
 
When I Follow this link :

https://www.paypal.com/us/cgi-bin/customerprofileweb?cmd=_button-management

 on acc (A) everything goes fine but when on acc (B) I do land on the "create a new button" page...
 
Why this?
How to find those "ghost" but working buttons?

I notice you're yet to receive a response to this message from one of our other members.

 

With the new Paypal experience, I'm afraid the 'manage my buttons' page is only available on business accounts. 

 

Is one of your accounts 'Premier' rather than 'Business'? If so, have you considered upgrading that account to 'Business' to see if it does the trick: http://ow.ly/Tb0Xr
