How do I get to my saved payment buttons

Just logged on to Paypal account to be confronted with a totally alien user interface that appears to be missing most of the feaTURES THAT i HAVE BEEN USING FOR THE LAST 10 YEARS.

Apart from stating that this change is totally unnecessary and idiotic what I need to know for now is how do I get to my saved payment buttons that I have spent the last 10 years using and generating. I have just spent the last hour and a half going round in circles on this TOYTOWN website in a vain attempt to find the function that I am used to using. Tried the help telephone number, guess what  - " The number you dialled has not been recognised, please try again". I could send an email but cant afford to wait 2 weeks for a reply that probably will not answer my question.

So please if there is anyone out there who knows how I can get to my Paypal saved payment buttons can you let me into the secret.

Thanks and heres hoping.

Seeing as no one from the Paypal community (ie moderators)  could be bothered to address my plea for help (no surprise there of course) I am replying to my own post with a solution which hopefully may be of help to other Paypal users whose needs have been completely ignored by Paypal. After trying all morning on the 0800 help number which wasn't recognised it did eventually become live and I was able to navigate a cumbersome help menu , 20 minutes later I was actually speaking with a human being. The good thing about this was that he was both helpful and intelligent and was able to show me a workaround to acces my save Paypal buttons.

To get to the features that were previously accessed through the My Profile button do the following:

1) Log in and switch to classic view using the button at the botom of the page.

2) Once in the classic view page click the cog icon at the top right of the page, this will then take you to a page which allows access to various features such as selling preferences which were previously available.

One can only conclude that by leaving direct access to this out from the new site that the Paypal management have a total disregard for the great many users that use more than just the basic features. In fact the help desk admitted that this is a major gaff by Paypal and said that they hoped that it was being addressed.

Totally agree with your views about the new page. Its obviously designed for use on mobiles etc. Why on earth is the switch to classic view button at the bottom of the page. Even better would be an option to always bring up the Classic page after log in.

Such a shame that they completely ignore requests for the most important, useful feature, and main reason for having a PayPal account in the first place. Seems that their main source of income, having one shop or request money, is their sole priority anymore. Extremely disatisfied with the new interface. Hope that they will not continue to isolate us and will simply place a link to our saved buttons. I don't understand why PayPal would even think that this would go unnoticed by so many members? Amazing fail!

After spinning my wheels for half an hour, I found your post, followed it, and voila!  All my buttons are now deleted.

I appreciate you taking the time to come back and leave help for others.

Thank you SO MUCH!!!

The path to the button management page is:

Your profile (top right) -> Account Settings -> My selling tools (on the left) -> On top of the list: Paypal buttons [click "Update" on the right]

For those who are looking for the Switch to Classic View option at the bottom of the page, as of this viewing, it's no longer there.  I searched for an answer online and another helpful community member posted that it's accessible from the More Options drop down at the top of your homepage.  Hope this helps!

As of this moment the button is still there for me - but for how much longer ? Thank you for your post in anticipation that it will shortly disappear.

I was stuck on this as well, so I called today.

There are two ways to get there:

1.on the left hand side about half way down click on "selling tools" that takes you to the merchant services page...on the right is "my saved buttons"

2. below the selling tools is another link called "seller preferences" - click - on top of the list on that page is "Manage my payment buttons" click edit to see and edit all buttons.
