When I call the 0800 number I am asked for another access number. I have  tried the one given but told it was wrong

where do I get this number so that I can talk to someone as I have been locked out of my account for a few days now.?

Click on ''Contact Us'' bottom of paypals pages > scroll down to the phone option at the bottom > when you log in you get a pass-number which you enter when you phone.

I tried this and still was rejected

I tried it again told the no. Was invalid.
