Appalling help and contact details

Wasted over an hour so far, with what must be the worst contact service in the world. Paypal is rich - why can't you afford a switchboard with real people instead of an age to get through, and then the line dropped?

I never got through. The first attempt - around 15 minutes, resulted in a dropped line from their end. The second attempt resulted in a transfer followed by being told that I was in a queue, and it would be 35-50 minutes to ring me back. I entered my telephone number for a call back, to be told that they did not recognise the number. Getting to speak to a person is extremely difficult, one must suppose that it's deliberate in that however rich Paypal is they will not spend money on staff - or it's accidental, and they are incompetent. Except for taking money, of course.

Could be because its a Sunday so not as many staff.
