unverified ex-US seller (and redirect to eexxz.com), and site registered on 17th May 2011 - dodgy?

Hi all,

Possible paranoia, but please work with me.

I just bought a couple of pairs of trainers at http://www.vibramksos.com/, and paid via paypal.

Payment was to a professional-looking online 'UK' shop, but paypal tx was with an unverified paypal user (and there was a redirect to eexxz.com involved, which does not exist).  Finally, http://www.vibramksos.com/ was registered at whois.com all of five days ago.

http://www.whois.net/whois/vibramksos.com

One can't register a complaint at the resolution centre on the basis of gut instinct, but this feels dodgy.

What shall I do, and what would you do?

Firstly, I understand that you may be concerned in regards to the seller who you have purchased an item from. Your concern is fully understandable but you need to keep in mind that you should be fully protected under our Buyer Protection Policy if you don't receive the item or if the item is not as described.

My best advice for you would be to consider opening a dispute on this transaction through your account if you have not received the item from your seller to date. By doing this, it could assist you in receiving a refund on your purchase. If the item has been received and you are happy with the condition of the goods, there is nothing further that you will need to do.

If the item has arrived damaged or not as it was described on the sellers website, you should consider filing a dispute as a not as described dispute. This can be done by going to the Resolution Centre on your PayPal account and then by pressing the Dispute a Transaction option.
