hi i bought a few items using my paypal account and balance but after after i bought the items i noticed
that no money had been taken from my paypal account [i have plenty of money in my paypal account] ,and when i checked my bank account linked to paypal
the money had been taken from my bank account ,i had 2 standing orders which could not be paid because of the
money paypal used ,i have not been hit with 2 £35 fines from my bank due to paypal using my money from the bank
and not from paypal ,i contacted paypal and they said they knew about the problem and it would be sorted within a week !they seem to be brushing this problem of as not their fault !
surely paypal are responsable for the fines ive been hit with because they should have used my paypoal account
instead of my bank account ?
has anyone else had this problem
