Hello there i have buy a smart tv hub media player  model TV frog in april and i received 2 days ago

i have a surprise when i open the control and where you put the battery  miss one connection so i can use this cause is brooken

i send a mail can i find in paper  but nobody replay me back

so what i need to do ??? i need a new control cause doesn't work
