paypal app not working

I use the app on my samsung regularly but about a 5 days ago it stopped logging in using the notification titled 'sorry about that' With the description 'were having some troubles completing you requests at the moment' ive removed the app and redownloaded it and it still wont work is this just me or are others having the same problem.

Hello im having a problem with paypal app not working message just advises to log on at payapl.com anybody got a solution.
