At this time, there are no known technical issues when customers are trying to use the Royal Mail postage facility through their PayPal accounts. There are however a few things that you can try to do in order for this process to complete.
You should try to ensure that your pop up blocker is temporarily turned off when you are trying to print the postage label on your account. There are also a few web browsers that could cause difficulties if you are trying to print a postage label on your account.
If you are using Google Chrome or Opera, this may cause the postage label not to print correctly. If this is the case, you should try using Internet Explorer or Firefox if possible.
You should also try clearing your tempoarary internet files as there could be a corrupt cookie that is preventing the postage label from printing successfully. Once you have done this, you should then do a restart of your computer in order to see if the issue has been resolved.
