fraud reversed balance

hi guys, i am suffering a big fraud and would be much appricated if anyone could share any tips and advice. basically i sold an item and it's a scam. the money came into from a hacked paypal account which reversed back after 2 weeks. now paypal is hassling me to pay up the negative balance, however, i have already posted item. my item which worth £600 has been posted and there seems no way I can get it back. could I have any chance or hope that by providing the post office recipt and tracking number to argue with Paypal and keep this dispute going and get a reasonable outcome? i simply feel disgusted if i had to pay up my balance because i didn't meet the seller protection which was addressed nowhere apart from in the terms and condition. how many people will actually read terms and conditions these days. thanks

Can i ask why you lost paypal seller protection?

If you have a tracking number that proves delivery of the item to the paypal address of the buyer at that time then you surely should have been covered?
