Disputes between you and PayPal regarding our Services may be reported to Customer Service online via the "Email Us" link on the "Contact Us" page at any time, or by calling the Customer Service telephone number located on the PayPal website(s) and by logging into your Account. They didn't try to meet their goal to learn about the address your concerns... The only arguement I had that closest to this issue was with PayPal support called Dian and Conor, however, since last Friday they have stopped responding to me on my arguement which based on PayPal's contract terms. If they cannot provide a valid explaination or arguement, they will need to keep the case not just letting the call centre to haras me to pay. It is very unprofessional way of PayPal.
