I had my account hacked earlier in the week and 2 transactions were made which have since come out of my bank account, but I have opened investigations on each.
Also, an unauthorized payment for my full PayPal Credit Balance was made, which from what I can see, can't be reversed in anyway whatsoever. It's a substantial amount as well which I can't afford at this moment in time.
When I spoke to PayPal on the phone they said to just cancel (with them and my bank) the direct debit I had set up for a regular monthly payment and that would stop the money being taken.
However, I don't think this will be the case as it looks like the full balance payment is confirmed and will be paid as an echeque?
Can anyone advise what to do? I'm not having much luck on the phone to PayPal or my bank.
