case not showing as open

hi,
someone has just hacked my ebay account and taken money from my bank so i have looged this through paypal and it states case open. i have not received an email to say that the case is open and its not showing up on my unsettled cases?
HELP PLEASE???

If you had opened a case, this should be displayed in the Resolution Centre. If you have more than one PayPal account, please make sure that you are accessing to the correct PayPal account. If you are still unable to locate the case, I recommend contacting our customer support teams by phone for additional assistance. You can also contact us on Twitter @AskPayPal or our Facebook page.
