cannot delete card details

I have an old card on my payment / address account details, and old address, each time i try to delete the card or address, it just says i havent made any changes etc, also says i cannot delete the card while bank transfer is pending... what bank transfer, i dont have a transfer pending!!! this is an outdated card, with a previous address of mine with it. im going round in circles, tried deleting car and postal address on both and seperate methods shown. any help would be appreciated thank you,

Hey there,

If you haven’t made any recent payments that were funded by your bank account then there shouldn't be any issue with removing your card.

Try adding the new information and then removing the old if you haven’t tried this already.

If you are still having this issue you can call customer service who can verify that there are no pending bank transfers and then remove the card on your behalf.
