You submitted an order

Hi, i placed an order with Toys R Us this afternoon and i then get an email saying "You submitted an order "

Any ideas what this means  as no momney has left the account and ive not received an order from toys r us.

An order is an agreement to purchase goods or services.

Here are things you should know about placing an order:

• The money isn’t deducted from your account immediately.
• The transaction status is ‘Pending’ until the merchant completes your order.
• When the merchant completes your order, you receive an email and the money is deducted from your account.
• If you wish to cancel a 'Pending' order, you will need to contact the merchant directly.

The transaction status is ‘Pending’ until the merchant completes your order. Usually, the merchant has 29 days to complete your order but this can be up to 365 days. If the merchant doesn’t complete your order within this timeframe, your order is cancelled and the transaction status changes to ‘Void.’

Hi, I'm just want to know if I submitted an order but my money is deduct automatically from my debit card.....it is normal? And the transaction is pending but now the seller cancelled my order, how can I get refund back? The transaction that pending does'nt appear in paypal summary.... Anybody can help?
