THIS IS A BIG ISSUE WHICH NEEDS TO BE FIXED ASAP!!!!
When a buyer opens a case through PayPal we do not get any notifications or emails from PayPal whatsoever.
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE FIX THIS ISSUE!!!!!
We rely on PayPal to tell us when a case is opened and WE NEVER GET ANY NOTIFICATIONS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yes, I have just reviewed all my preferences and ticked ALL the boxes to get emails from Paypal (even ticked for the marketing emails).
I get emails when someone pays for an item but not when cases are open.
This means I would have to review my Paypal resolution pages on a daily/hourly basis so I don't miss any of them.
Not the best way to run a successful business!
I'm now thinking it may be because I have added the email address to my blocked senders on my emails.
The problem is, I have no idea what the email address is so I can add it to my safe list.
Would you (or anyone) happen to know the email address PayPal emails from when a case is opened?
