Recent incorrect transaction fees issue

I received the following email today.

 

We're sorry for our error. (my full name was included, along with th green shield next to the title of email) We’re aware of an issue that impacted the fee charged to some merchants for transactions processed from 20 March at 2.30am to 23 March at 2.30pm GMT. We’re sorry about this. For impacted transactions during this timeframe, we are giving you a lump sum credit which equals the total amount of the overcharged fees.

 

Has anyone else received this? Nothing in my paypal account ot notices in my account.
