Trouble signing into paypal from my ebay app

Hi everyone, I have run into a spot of bother with my iphone app for ebay. I am really struggling to find a solution to this so hopefully someone here can help me.

My problem is when i try to sign in to paypal from my ebay app on iphone.  I have two factor authentification enabled and i am placing this TFA code after my password within the required time limit.  This seems to work but i keep gettin a 601 error message.

'Payment proccesing error'

Transaction cannot be competed.....

please check account settings.

Any ideas?

Welcome to the Community Forum 

This sounds to me like the login process is working fine but for whatever reason, you are unable to complete the payment.

This could be down to our internal security system, an expired card or many other factors similar to this.

What I'd like you to do is contact us directly via our other social media channels. That way we can pull up your account and get to the bottom of this for you.
