Transaction confirmation

The payment states on my paypal is completed. But I got a message on my phone from paypal that the trasaction was marked suspicoius and asked for authorisation. I replied aushotised and received another message, telling me that the phone number is invalid so the pament is not completed. But the payment states on my paypal is still completed. What's the problem? And how to change the phone number?

 

Besides, I received two confirmation message, one is a GBP transaction which is actually what I made, but the other is a USD transaction, which is, though of the same amount, not my transaction. What's the problems?
