Spoof response

I have Sent two possible phishing emails that appear to be from paypal but are suspicious. Both emails stated that automatic payment from my bank by by paypal were made to named individuals. I was totally unaware of making any such purchases and forwarded these to paypals spoof address. So far I have not received a response to either. Does Paypal respond anymore?????

They don't respond just cus you sent them a spoof.

A spoof can be recognised 2 ways.

1. They often address you by saying Dear User/ Member etc etc rather than by your real first and last name as paypal addresses you.

2. They often ask you to log in via a link in an email or by downloading an attachment. Paypal would never ask you to do that as thats the way scammers get your log in info.

If anything is wrong with your account log in normally and it will show in your paypal overview.
