Site in chinese

I am trying to use my PayPal and everything is in the chinese language. Great if I was from China but I am from the US. While i haven't used my site a lot I never changed any settings to make this occur.

I have been reading different posts about people having the same problem. I can say with certainty that this is not an issue on my end and would like to contact PayPal for assistance BUT all the contact information is in chinese. Found one phone number and it, also, leads to a chinese help desk.

Feel like I am running around in circles. Help!!!

Try clearing your internet history / cookies etc that may clear the Chinese problem.

If not then >>>

Click on the words "Contact" at the bottom of your paypal account summary page and use the phone option (if there is one in the country you are in) > click on the "call us" option on the left (fees "may" apply so check the cost with your phone tariff first, as you sometimes have to wait a while to connect).

When you get through don't select any options just hang on till you get transfered to an agent or say the word "agent".

I CAN'T GIVE YOU THE NUMBER AS YOU ARE POSTING ON THE UK AND NOT THE US FORUM.

OR have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
