I've made many transaction through paypal, all of which uptil now have been through ebay where after receiving payment, it provides me with the recipient's adress to print a postage label.
This time however, i have sold an item through a forum and not through ebay. I have received the payment but on my paypal account it wont give me his adress.
Was the payment sent to you as a personal payment? If so then no address would show as no item should be involved.
If it was sent as a personal payment then you can issue a refund and ask the buyer to mark the payment as a purchase payment and the address will then show in your transaction history.
You also want to make sure it is not a personal payment as personal payments are not covered for seller protection, again because no item should be involved.
