Paypal's phone number doesnt work.

I tried to call their number several times but it is always mute. Nothing.

I had email notifications until yesterday but not paypal stopped sending email notifications from both of my account.

They had working and all settings is on within Paypal account.

It is impossible to reach paypal and of course there is no option when you choose the topic that "Issues with the website". Looks like that is not possible.
