Hi, First of all I would highly recommend you guys to get a webmaster with brain. Your contact form and "Email Us" menu is a complete joke. People have to spend 30 mins to find something because you want to know my blood type just to send you a simple email. Of course there is no such topic like "do you have issues with the website". That looks like not possible. You assume that your system and website is perfect. No way to get your email address or just type a simple message with simple questions. This whole thing makes everything faaaaar over complicated and impossible to reach you or talk to someone. Of course I can listen the automated voice on the phone for a great money. I just dont understand why PayPal can't afford to pick up the phone and give straight answers instead of spending 30 mins or more to find a simple menu. Well... as Im fully aware it is not going to change here I ask my question. I received a payment and I also received the confirmation of the transaction by email. When I log on I can't see any transaction in the list. Why not? Thanks
