some one taken money from my bank account 2 times , name  - PAYPAL *SHENZHENEST/3531436900 . Please tell me when I can report it and who or what institution can help me ??? Please help .

no , just on my bank account with note from PAYPAL *SHENZHENEST/3531436900

ok then sometimes when you buy items and pay via a card you are not logging into paypal BUT the seller processed that payment via her paypal card reader so you are paying as a guest buyer, do you think that could be what happened?

If thats a no then give customer services a call and see if they can trace it for you.

I found two not mine transactions , 100% not mine . money  not back somebody stolen . I informed bank about it .
