My transactions and unresolved claims have been deleted

Yesterday, I had a full list of my transactions, and I posted a detailed complaint on an item to be resolved. Today, my entire transactions list is missing, as is the open case I reported yesterday as though everything has been deleted. I have tried to email paypal, but do not have an email address, and when I try to contact them through the site, a page comes up which says loading, but never loads.

I have now got my recent transactions listed but cannot call customer services. The 08707 307 191 is coming up as 'not recognsed'. Any ideas on alternative numbers. I am not sure if I am being scammed as we speak and need to contact paypal urgently

Might be me getting paranoid but had customer email this morning saying PayPal couldn't process payment. Then, when PayPal got back on line, there are 3 payments off this customer. She was probably just trying to pay but, as she has her 'father' collecting the item later today and, given the recent scam where an agent is sent for collection, I am just a bit concerned and don't want to refund the overpayment until I have spoken to someone.

Hi, new here!

I have had all the same problems as you chaps but I made a payment to My Hermes the courier today when all this was kicking off. Its turned into a pending payment and I don't want to pay it again. Trouble is paypal will probably get round to it in 3 years or so! Any advice??
