My transactions and unresolved claims have been deleted

Yesterday, I had a full list of my transactions, and I posted a detailed complaint on an item to be resolved. Today, my entire transactions list is missing, as is the open case I reported yesterday as though everything has been deleted. I have tried to email paypal, but do not have an email address, and when I try to contact them through the site, a page comes up which says loading, but never loads.

Morning,I have lost all of January's transactions,payments are showing being sent,seller is receiving conformation email but no money was sent?? Monday glitch for sure !

Me too - Ive just tried calling them and the number isnt working - Im a bit worried, how can all of Januarys transactions just disappear!?

Same here, I've lost all bar those transactions originating from invoices sent from within PayPal, none of the links from Ebay connect, just get the login screen and an error 'The transaction id in your link is invalid'.

Same for my wife's account.

I'm guessing they screwed up their servers/storage somewhere along the line.

Hi I have spoken to Ebay customer services and Paypal are having major problems at the moment. Thats way trans have gone and phone number is not working.

Has anyone any idea when these problems are going to be rectified....... I need to access account to be able to deliver goods I have promised?

My transactions have disappeared too.

I received an Ebay payment this morning, checked it was in paypal. The balance was right but the transaction was missing.
Went back into Ebay in order to print postage, checked paypal again and now the balance is completely wrong. Looks like they've taken £15 off for £3.65 postage 😕

Tried calling but was on hold for 10 minutes before giving up. Will see what happens when I can see all the transactions.

Well i know it's not good news , but i'm glad now i'm not the only one judging by the responses.

I totally freaked when all i could see was a transaction saying cancelled 😮

I have even e-mailed the receipient asking why they have cancelled it!!

I am unable to talk to Paypal because the account is in my partners name ---- even though i set it up and know all the info required they still wont talk to me totally crap in my opinion

Yes it's safe and easy way to send money and pay for goods but boy they know how to screw things up any worry people but do they care???? i doubt it.

Don't panic viclee - you wouldnt be able to speak to paypal anyway, none of their phones are working - they seem to be a major error on the website including the phone lines.

Ive withdrawn some of my balance, and it hasnt gone into my bank account - so I think the problems are worse than we thought - it is a shame that there is no error message on the home page - or that no body from paypal is monitoring these forums - letting us know what is happening???
