My Account Suddenly Became Chinese after log in...

I saw this was resolved.  Please help me!  After log in it is in chinesse and I am not able to do anything.

Step 1

Navigate to the PayPal website on your Web browser, sign in to your account and click the "Profile" tab at the top of your account.

Step 2

Click the "My Settings" button in the My Profile menu.

Step 3

Click the "Update" link in the Preferred Language row.

Step 4

Select the language you want to display PayPal in using the Language drop-down menu and click "Save" to save your changes.
