HI GUYS it's my first post in this community.
I bought 1 chinese smartphone 1 month ago from Ebay
In the description say we guarantee money back after 60 days from buying
now it's not 2 month
When I got the phone it's doesn't work perfectly like it wasn't double camera or he doesn't send me charger or cable
I said let's kept yesterday in normal use stopped now I can't use it and doesn't turn on I tried recovery by power button and volume up doesn't work

You must offer a full refund if an item is faulty, not as described or doesn’t do what it’s supposed to.
Customers have up to 6 years to make a claim for an item they’ve bought from you (5 years in Scotland).
The problem now is second day I made dispute with paypal said send it back to the company i didn't have time to go to post office do that ! and now closed!
I went to my bank account they said we will contact Paypal again but there is no guarantee
Now I want to know there is any way can I do ? the seller he is UK seller
Any expectation ?

If you buy an item not as described then if paypal find in your favour you get a full refund on return of the item back to the seller (trackable to prove delivery).
If you didn't send it back within the time allowed then the dispute would close.
Advice is voluntary.
