List of PayPal genuine email addresses

I never receive emails from PayPal when a case is opened on my account.

We always get penilised when a case time to respond ends but have no notification from PayPal by email whatsoever.

Can anyone confirm the email address PayPal send you an email on when a case is opened on your PayPal account.

I want to add the address to my safe senders list.

Does anyone have a list of genuine PayPal email address so I can enter them all into my safe list?
