IT SAY CANT ADD BANK ACCOUNT THI MOMENT

hi,i live in malaysia and i add a usa bank account because all my malaysia account have been frozen as i bankrupt. but when i try to add the bank account,it say something like you cannot add bank account this moment. this is a new us bank account and not been added before.any one please help?

I don't work for paypal and this is the U.K forum.

You need to ask customer services in your own country as paypal is country specific and this is the UK board.
