Hello
Last week I rang paypal and got to speak with a person about an issue.
This week I am trying to contact paypal and I am having to negotiate with an automated service. I am having BIG problems.
I am being asked for my one time 6 digit passcode. I do not have one. Where do I get one from?
I am being asked for a mobile pin. I do not use a pin on my phone I use a shape to open it.
I am being asked to give the last four digits of my debit card. i did this and was toled that it was not recognised, yet this is the card that is on my paypal account.
I need to open a dispute with an ebay seller. The automated service is advising me to go into 'my account' and locate the title 'resolution centre'. There is no 'resolution centre' under the title 'my account'
I just want to talk to a person so I can resolve these issues.
Once these issues are resolved I can get to the matter in hand which is to go to the resolution centre and ask for a refund from a seller. However. i would also like to talk to a human about this.
Please help. It is most frustrating and I do not know what to do.
