I cannot log into my account

Hi

I cannot log into my account even though it is not saying that my password or email are incorrect. It just keeps coming up with a message saying there is a problem their end and to try again, I have tried hundreds of times now and i cannot log in. Any help would be great! I tried calling on the phone but got no where with the automated machine.

Thank you for your post and welcome to the community! 

 

In general, If the system does not recognise your credentials, you can try up to 6 times to insert your password in order to log in to your PayPal account. If you are still unable to log in to your PayPal account, you can click on 'Having troubles logging in?' and create a new password. If the system is not allowing you to proceed because you failed the login too many times, your best option would be to call our Customer Service and one of our representatives will help you complete the process.
