My Paypal account was hacked, money was taken from it. I was blocked from the account. The password and security information has been changed by the hacker. The bank details were changed by the hacker.
When I informed paypal - they investigated and put the money back. The account was kept blocked.
Although the money is now all there, I can't have it.
I have contacted paypal almost every day over the past two weeks.
I was told to open a new account and that when the security checks were done - the money could be transferred
from the old account to the new and then the old one could be closed.!
I wonder if this is true !
Once again today I have been given information = "IT WILL BE SORTED OUT BY THE END OF THE DAY"
When I have checked my e-mail tonight, there is one from paypal saying
"Thank you for contacting PayPal regarding the affidavit". I HAVEN'T GOT A CLUE WHAT THAT IS ABOUT.
WILL I EVER GET THIS SORTED OUT!!!!!!!!!!!!!
