Just logged on to Paypal account to be confronted with a totally alien user interface that appears to be missing most of the feaTURES THAT i HAVE BEEN USING FOR THE LAST 10 YEARS.
Apart from stating that this change is totally unnecessary and idiotic what I need to know for now is how do I get to my saved payment buttons that I have spent the last 10 years using and generating. I have just spent the last hour and a half going round in circles on this TOYTOWN website in a vain attempt to find the function that I am used to using. Tried the help telephone number, guess what - " The number you dialled has not been recognised, please try again". I could send an email but cant afford to wait 2 weeks for a reply that probably will not answer my question.
So please if there is anyone out there who knows how I can get to my Paypal saved payment buttons can you let me into the secret.
Thanks and heres hoping.

You don't have to. The path to the button management page is:
Your profile (top right) -> Account Settings -> My selling tools (on the left) -> On top of the list: Paypal buttons [click "Update" on the right]

https://www.paypal.com/us/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=_button-management
And put this link in your favorites. It might only work when in classic view.

The link only takes me a spot to MAKE buttons, not manage or find mine.
I know I've accidentally made two or three in the past and kind of want to delete or consolidate them.

I was able to find the classic page as well.
Either way, I made a new button to test....
After making the new button.. I went back and there is still no way to manage it.
No subheader or anything, and there is nothing on the page to make the button to manage them either... it's annoying.

There is no "to classic mode" or "more options" buttons at the bottom anymore.
So we can only use these links
https://www.paypal.com/webapps/customerprofile/summary.view (settings like in classic)
https://www.paypal.com/us/cgi-bin/customerprofileweb?cmd=_button-management (buttons management)
There is also available free update to cooperative account (from premium). It says that you get all business tools. So mb we can find out all that features (buttons in new site style) after update? Does anybody know?

Here's how I got to my Saved Buttons (this is on a "non-merchant" PayPal account):
1. In the Selling Tools box, click on Seller Preferences.
2. Right at the top of the Selling Online list (the top list, as of this writing), is PayPal Buttons -- click the Update link on that same line.
3. Voila! Your Saved Buttons!
